deCanto features a basic wine list that pairs well with its fresh pasta mains like parmigiano reggiano tortelli with pumpkin and white truffle sauce or the carbonara ravioli with pork cheek (both excellent dishes, by the way). The prepared pasta is served al dente and looks surprisingly like the photos in the menu. A crisp white wine paired well with the tortelli, our favorite of the two dishes.
